• Submit required documents in a timely manner
• Respond to our queries within reasonable timeframes
• Pay service fees as agreed
• Not use our services for any illegal or fraudulent purposes

4. Fees and Payment

Our fee structure is transparent and communicated upfront:

• All prices are exclusive of applicable government fees and GST
• Payment is required before service commencement unless agreed otherwise
• We accept payments via UPI, Net Banking, Cards, and Bank Transfer
• Fees for additional services will be quoted separately

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund if service not started and government fees not paid
• Partial refund based on work completed if service has begun
• No refund for government fees already paid on your behalf
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

6. Service Delivery

We strive to deliver services within committed timelines. However:

• Timelines depend on document submission by clients
• Government processing times are beyond our control
• Delays due to incomplete information are client responsibility
• We will keep you informed of any delays or issues

7. Limitation of Liability

ReadyTaxFile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents. Information is only shared with government authorities as required for compliance filings or with your explicit consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ReadyTaxFile and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of arbitration shall be English.
